MEET THE ARTIST
Kendra Maxine is a black & grey realism tattoo artist known for her attention to detail, light hand, and level of care she puts into each design. Tattooing independently for the past two years and pursuing the craft since 2021, Kendra brings a deeply personal and artistic approach to every piece she creates. Always prioritizing the best-healed results, Kendra tailors each design to best suit your individual skin, lifestyle, & anatomy, resulting in the most flattering artwork that will withstand the tests of time. With a passion for tattooing female portraits, dark imagery, and gothic architecture, Kendra's art style is curated to large-scale pieces that bring stories to life.
Her journey into art began at an early age, taught to draw by her grandfather, a gifted artist who sparked her lifelong passion for sketching and illustration. That creative foundation evolved naturally into tattooing, where Kendra found her voice and her medium.
Over the years, Kendra has completed apprenticeships at three different studios, followed by a series of masterclasses and seminars, learning from a range of talented artists and refining her skills across a variety of techniques and styles. These experiences have helped shape her unique approach and solidify her commitment to the art form.
With a focus on emotional depth and storytelling through ink, Kendra’s work speaks to both the bold and the deeply personal. Her ultimate goal is to travel the world, sharing her art across cultures and connecting with people through their stories and skin.
